It has been over a year since my last spreadsheet of all my sites with in-depth information has been made.  Due to the numbers of sites and the amount of historical records I now have for a large number of the sites, I have broken the sites listing into two spreadsheets that is according to a Sites Classification System (SCS) I began working on at the end of 2006.

The first class is what I call the BlackWebNetwork (BWN) class and its spreadsheet is:

Version: 200818601
Date: 04 July 2008
Size: 4.64 MB

The second class
I call the ScareWare Marketing (SWM) and its spreadsheet is:

Version:: 200818601
Date: 04 July 2008
Size:
987 KB

About the Sites Classification System (SCS)

The sites classification system (SCS) is a taxonomy hierarchical classification system along the lines of how scientists classify plants and animals.  I created it in order to be able to classify sites according to the groups who are known to control the sites.

The first and highest level in the SCS is the Class which I define as all sites that is alike in a similar way.  Currently there are two classes, the BlackWebNetwork class and the ScareWare Marketing class.

The BlackWebNetwork class is the http://webhelper4u.net/whmembers/siteslists/BlackWebNetworkSites.xls and the
ScareWare Marketing class is the http://webhelper4u.net/whmembers/siteslists/ScareWareMarketingSites.xls.

The SCS levels are as follows:

1. Class: All sites that are alike in a similar way

2. Subclass: All sites that share a common characteristic not shared by all sites in a Class.

3. Order: All sites that chare a common characteristic not shared by all sites in a Subclass.

4. Family: All sites that share a common characteristic not shared by all sites in an Order

5. Group: All sites that share a common characteristic not shared by all in a Family

6. SRGP (SubGroup): Sites that share a unique characteristic not shared by all in a Class, Subclass, Order, Family, or Group.

Since 2003, when I first began listing sites, I had used criteria in order to determine if I listed a site or not.  As of 2006 when I began the creation of my sites Classification System, I also created two sets of criteria I use in helping determine if I list a site or not.

The following is the two criteria I use and which can change at any time without notice

Criteria 1:
Any site directly or indirectly associated with the creation, distribution, and or promotion of any type of electronic form of vulnerability and or malware as defined by the legitimate security community that infects hardware and or software will be immediately listed in the BlackWebNetwork class.

Criteria 2:
Any site directly or indirectly associated with the creation, distribution, and or promotion of any form of file, software, or electronic communication for the sole purpose of using scare tactic advertising to advertise and or sell any security product and or service will be immediately listing in the ScareWare Marketing Class.

All sites listed in my spreadsheets and text files listings are for historical reference and not meant as a list for blocking of sites, as there are groups in the security community that use my lists for their sites blocking.  My listings are for historical reference of sites that at the time of listing per the whois date that had met tone of my two criteria.

Over the years, I have had some who have tried to email me about sites.  Due to the spam bots that search web sites for email addresses, I never gave an email address for site inquiries

The following below is the email address to use for inquiries.
